Brine station P 2000

Brine station P 2000 is a very compact device. It consists of integrated, double walled container made of glass fiber with a polyurethane insulation between the layers. The control cabinet is mounted on the wall of solver. The device is very easy to use.

After filling the tank with 2.000 dm3 of water and 500 kg of salt, the mixing process starts and lasts for about 20 minutes (the mixing time depends on the type of salt). After the mixing process, we get ready to use brine solution. The device has a connection to external devices such as the storage tank and the spreader (Euro and Euro+ version) and it can control automatically and turn off the process of filling the spreader tanks (Euro+ version).

Key features and technical data

  • possible to use with all types of salts;
  • easy to use;
  • compact design;
  • low investment and maintenance costs;
  • production of about 2.200 dm3 of 20-21% brine in 1 cycle;
  • dimension 2.440 x 1.450 x 1.380 mm (without additional hopper);
  • can be equipped with additional options.

Versions of the solver

P 2000 Basic

Fully functional basic version of the brine station, supply voltage 230 V.

P 2000 Euro

Brine station with a connection to external devices (such as storage tanks, spreader), supply voltage 400 V.

P 2000 Euro+

Brine station has a connection to external devices (such as storage tanks, spreaders) and additionally, it is equipped with overflow protection (spreader must have overflow protection function). Sensor stops the pump after reaching the maximum level of brine in tanks. Supply voltage 400 V.

Accessories

  • hopper – allows to fill the tank with salt by using wheel loader or big-bag packs;
  • storage tanks:
    • we offer HD-PE cylindrical storage tanks in standard capacity from 6 to 15 m3;
    • tanks can be combined in batteries for greater total capacity;
  • distributors for refueling solution - provide the possibility for independent refueling of the solver spreaders directly from storage tanks;
  • remote control (wired) facilitating the refueling of tanks;
  • protecting covers (tarpaulin) for protection from water and leaves in summer time.
